The Gift of Groceries (TGoG) works with New Hope Church in South Sacramento to provide volunteer manpower for their food ministry. With the help of hundreds of volunteer hours per week, TGOG distributes free food for needy families in our community.
We are always looking for volunteers for this ministry!
Volunteers are needed to transport food donations from Raley’s, Elk Grove (at Franklin & EG Blvd) to New Hope Church, where they need to be processed and stored.
Food distribution to the community takes place every Thursday at New Hope Church in South Sacramento.
