These requests are to be used for for STANDARD ministry events.
DEADLINE: Please submit your request(s) AT LEAST 3 weeks prior to your event, but no more than 4 months out.
** IMPORTANT NOTE ON FACILITY AND RESOURCE REQUESTS **
Due to the volume of requests and limited availability of our facility, our building and resources are NOT available for personal (non-ministry) use. This includes baby showers, wedding showers, birthday parties, grad parties, etc. – with the exception of memorials and wedding ceremonies.
These forms below are to be used by our partner organizations that benefit the community.
