Week of Service

We have various opportunities listed below to serve our city, support local businesses, and to be the hands and feet of Jesus. We hope our our entire church family will get involved.

WEEK OF SERVICE SCHEDULE PREVIEW

• Elk Grove Garden (1-4pm) – Move mulch, weed, and prune to beautify the garden.
• Kindness Rocks – Pick up decorated rocks from LP (or undecorated rocks & paint yourself). Place rocks around Elk Grove through April 4 for others to find.
• Care Packages – Support our local firefighters and police officers: pick up supplies & instructions from LP, shop to personalize a basket, then deliver on Wed, March 31.

• Teacher Appreciation Lunch (9-11am) – Pack & deliver lunch to Jessie Baker School staff to thank them for their dedication to our students and community.

• Deliver Care Packages (see “Care Packages” on March 28 for details)

• The Gift of Groceries – Sign up to work a shift organizing and distributing free groceries to the community at New Hope Church in South Sac (8-10:15am, 10:15am-12:30pm, 12:30-3:30pm, 3:30-4:30pm).

• • CSD Park Clean Up Day (9-11am) – Join the CSD to clean up and beautify Strong Park (9580 Baypoint Way).
