HELP NEEDED – Sunday Operations Team

We’ve had a growing need of tasks that must be accomplished before Sunday services begin on and after the final service concludes. As that list of tasks has grown, we’ve come to recognize that a team needs to be developed in order to help with these vital tasks each week.

As we look ahead to our outdoor services, developing a Sunday Ops team has become a high priority. Our desire is to build a large team so that everyone can serve on a rotational basis (once or twice a month), a couple of shifts each Sunday to provide flexibility and share the workload.

SHIFTS NEEDED*

  • Setup: 6:30-8:00am
  • Tear down: 9:45-11:00am.

*These times are subject to change when we resume in-person gatherings inside the church building.

A few tasks the Sunday Ops team would be responsible for:

  • Parking lot signage
  • Tent set up/tear down
  • Event fence set up/tear down
  • Positioning outdoor speakers
  • Baptistry prep (as needed)
