Share-A-Sole 2019

Starting September 15, LifePointe is partnering with other churches to provide new shoes for students in need throughout the Elk Grove school district. Monetary donations are the best way to support this ministry.

MONETARY DONATIONS

To donate money toward the purchase of shoes, you can drop cash or checks (made out to “LifePointe”) into the collection box at the SAS table in the main lobby.

SHOE DONATIONS

We will also be collecting brand new shoes (size Kids 11 – Adult 8) for kids. Shoes can be placed in the SAS bins throughout the church building.

SHOE FITTINGS

Volunteers are needed to fit kids with their new shoes at various elementary schools on the following dates and locations:

• Mon, Sep 30 – Butler Elementary (tracks A, B, D)
• Fri, Oct 4 – James McKee Elementary
• Mon, Oct 7 – Jessie Baker Elementary
• Wed, Oct 9 – Raymond Case Elementary
• Wed, Oct 16 – Butler Elementary (track C)

Fittings take place from 7:30am-1:00pm. The fitting team will pick up shoes from LP, arrive to the assigned school at 8:30am, fit the students with new shoes, and return the shoe bins to LP by 1pm.
