Join us for a fun and relaxing hike on Saturday, June 20 at the beautiful American River Bike Trail in the Folsom Lake State Recreation Area. This easy trail offers a scenic mix of shaded and open areas, making it a great opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, get some light exercise, and spend time together in fellowship. Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes, bring plenty of water, and pack a lunch and chair so we can enjoy lunch together after the hike.

Cost: There does not appear to be a park kiosk for fee collection; however, park information indicates there may be an entrance fee of $10–$12.
Directions: Take 50 East to exit 21, Hazel Avenue. Turn left on Hazel Avenue (E3) toward Nimbus Dam and go about 2 miles. Turn right onto Sunset Ave, then drive about 1 mile until you come to the intersection of Sunset Ave and Main Ave. You will see parking on the right.
Carpooling – For those that would like to carpool, please indicate that in your registration and meet at LifePointe at 9:00 a.m. and we will leave by 9:15 a.m.
