Day of Service Projects:

PROJECT 1: Best for children 10yrs & Up.
Love INC  // 9am-Noon
30 People Needed. 3 Trucks & 3 Trailers Needed
Location: Calvary Chapel Sacramento, 6750 Florin Perkins Rd STE 100, Sacramento, CA 95828.
Serve local families that are in need. Service may consist of:

• Visiting families & assessing needs
• Praying with families
• Delivering food, clothing, and/or furniture
• Helping families move
• Doing yard work
• Lifting and carrying

PROJECT 2: Best for children 12yrs & Up
Starting Point for Refugee Children // 2 Shifts
13 People Needed. 3 Trucks or Vans Needed
Location: Creekside Church, 8939 East Stockton Blvd.in M6, Elk Grove (The portable with the wood deck)
Help assemble bags of culturally appropriate food and help drive and deliver them to our families’ apartments with the assistance of our interpreters.

• SHIFT 1: 9a-10:30a: (10 people) unload food, sort, and bag; clean up
• SHIFT 2: 10a-noon: (3 people) deliver to families with interpreter

PROJECT 3:  All Ages
Jack E. Hill Park/Trail Clean Up // 9am-11am

Location: Jack E. Hill Park (park here), Del Meyer Park, Laguna Creek Trail (connecting the two parks). ~2 miles of walking

Oasis Park/Trail Clean Up // 9am-11am

Location: Oasis Park (park here), Bridgeview Park, Promenade park, walking trail connecting the parks. ~1 mile of walking

Location: Strong Park (park here), Mary Hull Lewis Park, Al Gates Park, walking trail connecting the parks. ~1.5 miles of walking

His Children’s Clothing Closet  // 9am-11am

Sort and organize clothes.

PROJECT 7:  Best for children 14yrs & Up
New Hope Church  // 9am-12pm
20 People Needed
Location: 1821 Meadowview Rd, Sacramento, CA 95832
Help to beautify New Hope’s campus and make some minor repairs. Projects will include:

• Paint door frames
• Tuff Shed door repair & paint
• Trim bushes
• Secure light fixtures
• Repair storage sheds
• Clean gutters
