In the Bible, Jesus instructed us to remember His death by taking communion. Communion consists of eating a cracker/bread and drinking juice/wine. The cracker/bread represents Jesus’ body, which was broken for us, and the juice/wine represents Jesus’ blood, which was poured out for us on the cross.

Bible tells us to take communion regularly; however, regularly isn’t defined for us. Some churches celebrate communion every week, once a month, or once a quarter. Typically, we observe communion every other Sunday. But no matter what, are committed to celebrating communion regularly as commanded in Scripture.
